Faking spring!!

Well it is the gloomiest day ever here in Indiana so I decided to take a picture of my centerpiece for my kitchen table and pretend it was spring.
I really do not know how much more of this I can take. If the sun came out I know I would be thinner. We had 11 minutes total of sunshine in January. How can you sustain life that way? I have tried to stay busy but I can tell the kids even feel it. I have never let them play video games so much in their lives. There is only so much inside play I can think of. Any suggestions just in case there is no end in sight?

No end in sight....are crazy!! We will not make it!! How did you come up with we only had 11 minutes of sunshine in January? Keep going with your pictures, and know before to long you will be having pictures of your kids eating watermelon outside!

Move back to the south and you will stay sunny and warm!! I would have to take happy pills if I lived in the cold weather. I love all your pictures! You inspire me, hmmmm. Oh wait! Here comes the sun, I better go!! :)

I agree with Amy move back to the SW. lol Clear blue skies and sunshine. Well clear blue skies for now anyway. lol. I'm sure you didn't forget about the nice grey cover we get during the summer time. ugh. You could always have your kids spring clean and earn $$. That's what we are doing this week.

Sing it,sister. Remember when we went tanning? Get in some good UVs.

I feel your pain. When we lived in Michigan I thought I was going to die. Feb. and March were the worst because it was already Spring elsewhere and I HATE having Easter in the SNOW! Seriously, consider tanning. It really helped me at the time. I'm not tanning now but I just started using sunless tanning spray last week and I have a nice healthy, chemical-induced glow about me now! Somehow makes me feel better!
